peephole lens and PSE

Looking through a peephole

1. My husband drilled a hole in an extra lens cover for my DSJR camera and attached a 160° peephole to it. The photo is always inside a circle. The inside of the peephole is white and takes on the dominant colour of the photo, which in this case is green.

2.  In Photoshop Elements, I used the eliptical marquee ans applied the cutout filter.

3. I inversed the eliptica;l marquee and applied the mosaic filter to the outside of the circle.
